We are actively embracing this transition by diversifying our portfolio, investing in cleaner technologies, and optimizing our existing infrastructure. Our pipelines, once primarily dedicated to the transportation of traditional fossil fuels, are being re-imagined to accommodate renewable energy sources, biofuels, hydrogen, and carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS) technologies. By integrating these new energy sources into our networks, we aim to support a more resilient and sustainable energy grid that reduces carbon emissions while maintaining supply security.
Senex Pipeline Company is also focusing on modernizing our operations to reduce the carbon footprint of our existing pipelines. This includes optimizing pipeline efficiency, reducing operational emissions, and exploring alternatives such as green hydrogen transport systems.
